What's included
A full exterior paint job covers more than siding. Depending on your home, the scope can include:
- Siding of any type: wood, fiber cement, hardboard, stucco or brick
- Trim, fascia, soffits, window and door casings, and garage doors
- Front doors, shutters, porch ceilings, columns and railings
- Decks, fences and porches
- Power washing to remove mildew, pollen and red clay before painting
- Replacing rotted trim and siding boards before they get painted over

Our process, step by step
- Inspection and estimate. We walk the whole house, check for rot, failing caulk and peeling, and give you a written scope.
- Wash. The house is cleaned and given time to dry. Paint doesn't stick to mildew or pollen.
- Repair. Soft or rotted wood is cut out and replaced through our carpentry work. Damaged boards are handled by our siding work.
- Scrape, sand and prime. Loose paint comes off, edges get feathered, and bare wood is primed.
- Caulk and protect. Open joints are sealed. Windows, plants, walkways and fixtures are covered.
- Paint. Two finish coats applied at the right temperature and humidity, not on a day when it's about to rain.
- Final walkthrough. We walk the house with you, touch up anything you point out, and clean up the site.
Prep work for North Carolina homes
Wake County's weather is hard on paint. Summer humidity keeps shaded walls damp and feeds mildew. Spring pollen coats everything yellow. Red clay splashes up onto the bottom courses of siding. The afternoon sun fades dark colors on south- and west-facing walls. Paint applied over any of that fails early. That's why washing, drying, scraping and caulking get as much attention as the painting itself.
We also watch the forecast. Exterior paint needs dry surfaces and the right temperature to cure, so we schedule around rain and heavy dew instead of pushing through.
Materials
We use exterior-grade acrylic paints and primers matched to your siding, and exterior caulk that stays flexible through hot summers and cold snaps. On homes with HOA color rules, we work from your approved palette and can give you the exact product and color names for your submission.
Why quality matters outside
An exterior repaint is a big investment, and a rushed one can start peeling in a couple of seasons. We take fewer jobs so each house gets the prep it actually needs, and the owner is on site to make sure it's done right.
Warranty
Exterior painting is covered by our 1-year workmanship warranty. If paint we applied peels or fails because of our work, we come back and fix it. We're licensed and insured on every job.
